Dr. Archana G is a visionary leader, author, real estate consultant, and social worker dedicated to driving positive change in both business and society. She is also the author of an upcoming personality-development book specially designed for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
She earned her Doctoral Degree in 2024 from Maryland State University (US) and has since transformed her academic knowledge into impactful community work through the Athaa Welfare Foundation, where she serves as President. Her social contributions have been recognised through prestigious honours, including the Social Activist Award 2024 @ YWCA.
In 2011, Dr. Archana founded Arc Spectrum, originally established as a real estate contracting and interior solutions firm. Over the years, under her strategic leadership, the company has evolved into a certified, full-scale real estate consulting enterprise serving clients across India and abroad.

Rekha Uttwani is a versatile professional with a strong blend of finance, technology and business expertise. With dual M.Com degrees and advanced certifications in Computer Applications and Hardware & Networking, she brings analytical clarity and technical depth to her work.
Her experience spans respected organisations — backend operations at Genpact, market analysis at Sharekhan, and technical training at Jetking. Teaching children at an NGO further added empathy, purpose and a people-centric approach to her journey.
Today, as a Digital Marketing Strategist at ARC Spectrum, Rekha focuses on shaping brand presence, driving digital growth and turning creative ideas into impactful, result-oriented campaigns.

Aninder Kaur is an experienced multidisciplinary professional with a strong business acumen in the fields of Human Resources, Real Estate, and Artificial Intelligence. With a proven track record of driving organisational growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and integrating innovative technology solutions, she brings unique blend of HR, digital space and real estate.
In the field of Human Resources, Aninder Kaur has successfully managed end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, building positive workplace cultures and supporting strategic workforce planning.
With deep experience in Real Estate, she has contributed to property management, client relations, market research, and investment coordination. Her comprehensive understanding of real estate operations ensures smooth and compliant processes.

Arav Gauhar is a BBA graduate from VIPS, Delhi, and is currently pursuing the CFA program. He previously worked as a Finance Intern at JP Brothers Medical Publishers, gaining strong exposure to financial operations and analysis.
